Professional members taking advantage of registration plans that include lodging will be housed two to a room. Upon receiving registration and payment, the registration committee will assign roommates who will share a room with two full-size beds. The registration fee does not include the cost of incidental charges (e.g. in-room phone charges, internet, room service, etc.). Banquet and Luncheon tickets will be sold separately at a future date. CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Any request for a refund and to cancel registration on or before September 30, 2009, a refund of 80% of payment received will be refunded.
• Any request for a refund and to cancel registration on or before October 8, 2009, a refund of 50% of payment received will be refunded.
• Any request for a refund and to cancel registration after October 8, 2009, no refund will be issued.
